📘 TRADING RULES & CONDITIONS – BHARAT FUNDING

 EVALUATION STRUCTURE

 1.1 Evaluation Objective

The evaluation is designed to test a trader’s risk management, consistency, discipline, and skill. The goal is to verify that the trader can trade safely and profitably using company capital.

1.2 Profit Target Requirements

You must achieve the profit target of your selected plan:

PLANPROFIT TARGET

2- Step  :                    phase 1

10%

                                   phase 2

6%

1 -Step                       phase 1

10%

Rules for target:

  • No time limit to reach the target.

  • Profit target must be achieved without breaking any rule.

  • Profit target is based on starting balance, not fluctuating equity.

1.3 Minimum Trading Days

  • You must trade for at least 5 active trading days.

  • An “active day” = opening & closing at least one trade.

  • Even small trades count as a trading day (e.g., 1 qty).

1.4 Overall (Maximum) Drawdown

  • Maximum overall loss allowed: 10% of initial balance.

  • If equity drops below this limit → evaluation fails.

  • Example:

    Starting Balance = ₹1,00,000

    Max DD = ₹10,000

    Minimum equity = ₹90,000

If equity touches ₹89,999 → fail.

1.5 Daily Drawdown Limit

  • You cannot lose more than 5% in one day.

  • Limit resets every day at market close.

Example:

Starting Balance = ₹1,00,000

Daily max loss allowed = ₹5,000
